We train all employees how to safety install and implement proper installation procedures on all product. This allows us to install a quality solution safety, right the first time.

Our continued education company wide also allows us to stay on the cutting edge of erosion control technology. We are always testing new products and continuing to add to our diverse product line. This insures our clients a wide array of solutions from the latest and greatest in technology to the old tried and true methods. It also allows us to offer solutions that fit any budget in any environment.

RMEC Employee Certifications & Qualifications

All employees are sent to training for certification to the first class offered after hire. This training is mandatory for all supervisors and optional for all other employees. Our “Safety First” Bilingual company safety program is mandatory for all employees after hire. Some safety classes are offered to employees on site at arrival – these site orientations are provided by our clients.
